Open Source

Trust through transparency

Every line of code is public. No hidden backdoors, no secret data collection, no undisclosed third-party sharing. Inspect it, audit it, self-host it.

Sound familiar?

The frustration

You just have to believe the vendor when they say your data is safe. You can't check.

How Locoroo does it

With open source, you don't need to trust our word. Read the code yourself. Audit it anytime.

The frustration

Your provider raises prices, changes terms, or kills a feature you depend on. You accept it or start a painful migration.

How Locoroo does it

Self-host Locoroo on your own servers. Mail, calendar, contacts, and docs keep working on your terms. Or use our managed service and leave whenever you want.

The frustration

Something is broken or missing and you can't do anything about it. You file a ticket and wait.

How Locoroo does it

Open source means you can fix it, build it, or hire someone to. No vendor dependency, no waiting on a roadmap.

Get started with the source

Source Code

The full Locoroo codebase: mail, calendar, contacts, docs, admin, API, and MCP server (the protocol AI agents use to talk to apps). Publicly available for inspection and contribution.

Self-Hosting

Run Locoroo on your own servers with Docker. Full control over your infrastructure, your data, and your deployment schedule. Includes Dovecot, Postfix, Collabora, and Radicale.

MCP Client Package

locorooworkspace-mcp, an open source TypeScript package on npm. Run npx locorooworkspace-mcp to connect any AI agent to your workspace using MCP (the protocol AI agents use to talk to apps).

Contributing

Bug reports, feature requests, and code contributions welcome. Help build the sovereign productivity suite the world needs.

Productivity you can verify

Open source, transparent, and built for trust.
